what should I do if my code doesn't work?

If your action code does not work, there may be several reasons for this:

• the discount will not be settled until the code has been typed in and then clicked 'add'.
• the discount is not valid on items excluded from thispromotion.
• You can only take advantage of one discount promotion at a time. So it is not possible to participate in two or more discount promotions and therefore it is not possible to process multiple codes in the shopping cart.

Terms and conditions discount promotions

For all discount promotions you have to use a discount code provided by Derma Codes. To get a discount, you need to enter the discount code at checkout on the check-out page of Derma Codes. Discounts will not be settled afterwards after purchase of a product. Customers will therefore only receive a discount if the discount code is entered at checkout.

Conditions discount promotions demonstrations & workshops

The discount code provided at demonstrations and workshops valid for up to one week after issue, after which the code expires. The discount is only valid on Derma Codes products. You must enter the discount code at checkout on the check-out page of Derma Codes. Discounts are not settled afterwards after purchase of products and materials. Customers will therefore only receive a discount if the discount code is entered at checkout.

If discounts apply to the products during demonstrations and workshops, these are only valid for visitors to demonstrations or workshops. The validity of the discount depends on the offer offered at that time.
